  • Provide expert configuration, management, and optimization of routers, switches, and firewalls using leading platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)

  • Design and implement VLANs, subnets, VPN solutions, remote access architectures, and secure boundary protections

  • Offer comprehensive network monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning to maintain mission-critical uptime and throughput

  • Support wireless infrastructure deployment and management, VoIP/Video over IP integration, and full telecommunications sustainment


Systems Administration and Enterprise Architecture

  • Deliver comprehensive systems administration and enterprise architecture support to maintain, optimize, and modernize DoD computing infrastructure in alignment with DoD IT Enterprise Strategy objectives, including data center consolidation, cloud migration, and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures

  • Provide full lifecycle management of physical and virtual servers using leading hypervisors (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V), including provisioning, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management for Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Implement and administer enterprise storage, backup/recovery solutions, and database platforms to ensure high availability, data integrity, and efficient resource utilization

  • Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring & tuning, configuration management (including CMDB integration), and automated patching to maintain operational efficiency and compliance

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, continuity of operations (COOP), and high-availability architectures with tested failover, backup validation, and recovery time objective (RTO)/recovery point objective (RPO) alignment


Help Desk and Desktop Support Services

  • Provide multi-channel support including phone, email, customer portal, and self-service knowledge base

  • Achieve high first-contact resolution rates for routine issues such as password resets, software installations, basic connectivity troubleshooting, and application support

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair for desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices

  • Manage endpoint configuration, software deployment, patch management, and asset tracking/inventory

  • Utilize enterprise ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket tracking, rapid escalation, root-cause analysis, trend identification, and detailed performance/SLA metrics reporting

DoD Acquisition & Simplified Procurement Support

  • Specialize in identifying and winning DoD and VA SDVOSB set-aside opportunities through SAM.gov, eBuy, and agency portals to secure awards reserved for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

  • Provide full support for FAR Part 13 simplified acquisitions, including Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) purchases, micro-purchases, commercial item determinations, and streamlined solicitations that speed up awards with minimal paperwork.

  • Deliver expert help preparing compliant SDVOSB bid responses—capability statements, past performance narratives, pricing, and certification verification—to boost win rates while meeting VA and DoD socioeconomic requirements.

  • Manage in-house mil-spec packaging and fulfillment to exact DoD/VA standards (MIL-STD-129/2073), including labeling, barcoding, palletization, and direct shipping to CONUS/OCONUS locations or DLA depots.

  • Handle post-award contract execution and compliance—administration, quality inspections, delivery tracking, invoicing, and closeout—to achieve 100% on-time, on-spec performance and strengthen past performance for future opportunities.
