Jacob Green is the founder of Atlas Defense, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to delivering cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and acquisition support solutions to the Department of Defense. A U.S. Army veteran with ten years of military service in communications and network operations, Mr. Green deployed to Afghanistan from August 2020 to 2021 in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel (OFS). He brings over ten years of progressive experience in information technology, including seven years focused on cybersecurity and information assurance in direct support of DoD missions. His operational background spans tactical and contested environments, while his civilian contributions include achieving 100% Risk Management Framework (RMF) adherence for the Joint Munitions Command, successful Closed Restricted Network (CRN) accreditations, rapid remediation of ACAS vulnerabilities (99% within 30 days), implementation of zero-trust architecture initiatives, Industrial Control Systems (ICS)/Operational Technology (OT) assessments, and automation of compliance processes using PowerShell.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Green is deeply committed to the veteran community. He volunteers his time assisting fellow veterans with filing and navigating their benefits claims. In his personal time, he enjoys walking, weight lifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and video games, while remaining actively engaged in championing veterans’ causes.
